About the Role
As a ventilation technician, you will be responsible for overseeing, operating, maintaining, and servicing the property's technical systems concerning ventilation. This means that in your daily work, you ensure that these systems function according to the property owner's requirements and the tenants' expectations. You will perform service on installations, as well as adjustments, troubleshooting, and corrective actions. You should have experience in independently replacing bearings and adjusting belts during replacements. You are passionate about optimizing property technical systems and creating energy-efficient solutions. The client has a large portfolio, and the ventilation systems are of varying technical status, which means you will face new challenges every day.
You will work independently but belong to a larger team of about 20 people, and we see you as someone who values your work team and has excellent collaboration skills. It is important to have an unpretentious approach to tasks, as they vary according to needs, and there will periodically be tasks of a more general technical nature where you support your colleagues.

Requirements/Qualifications
• Vocational college education of at least 1.5 years equivalent to 300 YH credits, or equivalent 400 YH credits with a focus on technology or property management, or equivalent work experience
• At least 3 years of work experience in the field
• Knowledge of property technical systems, such as heating, ventilation, and electricity
• Certified Ventilation Cleaner and Adjuster
• Good command of Swedish, both spoken and written
• Good computer skills and administrative ability as all reporting is done digitally
• Driver's license B
It is advantageous if you also have
• OVK authorization
• Safe water certification
• Hot work certification
• Fall protection training
• Electrical knowledge
• Experience in energy optimization and working with energy-saving measures
