**About the Position**
We are looking for a ventilation technician who is curious and engaged, ready to take on your next challenge. As a ventilation technician at Newsec, you will work both independently and as part of a team.
You will belong to a team within design and OVK (mandatory ventilation control) that is part of the Project & Engineering department. You will be part of one of two teams with friendly and versatile colleagues, ensuring you always have support in your daily work. The team recruiting is newly established within the organization to enhance growth and offer broader expertise and resources within Newsec and for our clients, primarily focusing on OVK, OVK measures, climate investigations, and balancing. In addition to the team itself, we work closely and collaboratively with property managers, project management, and energy & environment, providing us with a wide range of opportunities.
Your responsibilities will include managing planned ventilation work and handling fault reports, where you will:
- Conduct OVK and work on measures following OVK
- Install smaller ventilation systems and components
- Service, maintain, and clean ventilation systems
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues in ventilation systems
- Adjust and balance airflows
- Document your work and report results
- Collaborate with other professionals and communicate with clients
- Create and maintain good client relationships by being accommodating and professional
**Your Profile**
We are looking for someone who has:
- Experience working with OVK, measures, and service work for at least 3 to 5 years.
- Several years of experience as a ventilation technician.
- Knowledge of control systems and monitoring systems.
- Good communication skills in Swedish and basic knowledge of English, both spoken and written.
- Overall computer proficiency.
- A valid driver's license (B).

- Certified balancer.

The position is a permanent full-time employment with a 6-month initial probationary period, located in Stockholm, Söder Mälarstrand, with an immediate start according to agreement.
