HVAC Technician

About the Role

We manage over 1800 rental apartments and 2000 commercial spaces in greater Stockholm. We are looking for a ventilation technician to join our team. We carry out renovations of apartments and commercial spaces according to the needs of our clients and property owners.

We seek a skilled, meticulous, and loyal ventilation technician to address issues following OVK (obligatory ventilation control) and to be responsible for new ventilation installations in spaces tailored for tenants.

We are looking for someone who enjoys taking responsibility and is self-reliant. You should be social and have a good attitude towards your colleagues and clients. We prefer candidates who have strong references for ventilation installations.

Responsibilities

• Enjoy working independently, planning your days which include customer contact, client visits, installation, administration, and logistics planning.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in the property/construction industry
• Experience with OVK and troubleshooting

Meritorious

• Driving license
• Proficient in Swedish, both spoken and written
• Skills in other trades within the construction industry
