About this role

We deliver ventilation as it should be – which means high quality, careful service, and clear work processes. We work with installation, service, and contracting within ventilation, for both private individuals, companies, and larger projects. As demand grows, we want to strengthen our team with additional ventilation technicians to continue delivering with high standards without compromising quality.
You will become part of our daily installation and service team, which currently consists of three technicians and a project manager, to whom you will report. Work management sends out work planning via Bygglet every week, and urgent matters are communicated via phone contact. You will work from home with a service vehicle (one car per two persons).
As a Ventilation Technician, you will primarily work with:
• Installation and service of ventilation systems
• Remediation and status assessment of ventilation systems after fires and moisture damage
• Sometimes being called out for urgent assignments requiring quick customer assessment and immediate work execution
• Performing risk assessments before work, both for yourself and the surrounding environment
• Administration for each job, including documentation before, during, and after work with photos, text, and self-inspections. Writing daily logs
• Clear and direct communication with company management, customers, and colleagues
Responsibilities
You are responsible for ensuring proper and comprehensible administration in Bygglet, including documentation, text, images, daily logs, and self-inspections. Ensure the workplace is left clean and organized, communicate with the customer's contact person, and represent the company professionally.
Desired Profile:
• At least 5 years of experience as a ventilation technician or similar work with ventilation/duct work
• Valid B driver's license
• Excellent Swedish language skills, both spoken and written
• English language skills in speaking
• If called for an interview, you will need to bring and present an unopened extract from the criminal record register, as this is a requirement for some of our customers

You enjoy varied tasks – from installation, service, and troubleshooting to self-inspection – and are flexible with work day arrangements. You appreciate clear routines but can think independently, take initiative, and contribute to improvements in how we work. Work quality is of great importance.
Additional Merits:
• Training in safe lifting, hot work, fall protection, or other relevant safety certifications
• Vocational training in HVAC (or other documented ventilation education)
• Ventilation certification

Working Hours: 7 AM - 4 PM, Monday-Friday
Location: Working from home, on-site with customers in Greater Stockholm area, monthly gathering at the office in Botkyrka
Employment Type: Full-time. Permanent position with 6-month probation period
