We are currently looking for a Ventilation Manager for Isolerab, a role that combines deep technical expertise with leadership, quality awareness, and a strong interest in building technology. **Job Description: Ventilation Manager** As a Ventilation Manager, you will have overall responsibility for ensuring quality, standardization, and development within our ventilation operations. You will work both strategically and operationally, serving as a key link between installers, site managers, sales representatives, customers, and suppliers. **Responsibilities** Your responsibilities will include, among others: - Ensuring the quality of installations and following up on internal standards for function, operation, and maintenance - Participating in and leading installation projects to ensure competence and quality - Planning, conducting, and following up on internal training in ventilation - Providing technical support both internally and externally - Managing and following up on self-inspections and customer issues related to ventilation - Collaborating with suppliers to secure the right materials and equipment - Contributing to standardized working methods and method development across all regions **Formal Requirements** We are looking for someone who has: - Completed secondary education, preferably with a focus on HVAC, construction, or technology - At least 5 years of documented experience in the construction or installation industry - In-depth knowledge of ventilation systems, fans, units, and control systems - Good knowledge of relevant laws, standards, and industry practices - Proficiency in computer applications and experience with administrative systems - A valid driver's license (B category) **Meritorious:** - Previous experience in a leading or coordinating role within ventilation - Certifications such as OVK, BAS-U/P, Hot Work, or knowledge of AMA HVAC & Ventilation **We are looking for someone who is:** A social, structured, and responsible individual with high professional pride and a genuine interest in ventilation and building technology.
