What Does the Role Offer?
As CEO, you will have overall responsibility for the company's results, strategy, and development. You will lead the company towards continued growth, profitability, and international expansion by driving strategic initiatives and ensuring quality, efficiency, and resource effectiveness in all parts of the organization. The role is based at the company's headquarters in Sjuhärad, with high presence in the business and some travel related to international expansion. The role includes leading, coaching, and developing the management team, as well as building a culture characterized by competence, commitment, and care for both people and results.
Who Are You?
To succeed in the role, an academic degree is required, along with current experience as CEO in a mid-sized company or equivalent leading position with full result, personnel, and development responsibility. You have experience driving growth and managing the challenges that come with an expansive phase, as well as the ability to understand and navigate complex operations. Furthermore, you have a good understanding of financial connections, key performance indicators, and business strategy, and communicate fluently in both Swedish and English, verbally and in writing. Experience with international expansion is meritorious.
