As the CEO of Noas Sweden, you will have overarching responsibility for leading the company towards profitable growth and an enhanced market position. You will drive the development of the offering, business, and organization with a focus on profitability, quality, efficiency, and sustainability. The role encompasses the entire operation—from customer relationships and business development to production and quality assurance. You will ensure that the company is well-organized, with effective management and coordinated tasks to achieve goals and ambitions. Through clear and present leadership, you will create engagement and direction in the organization, ensuring that the right initiatives are prioritized and that work is conducted efficiently.
You will lead an organization of approximately 50 skilled and dedicated employees in a modern production facility in Tibro. Here, there is an advanced machinery setup and automated flows with the capacity to handle increased volumes and deliver high-quality, custom solutions. The role involves creating conditions for continued development, both operationally and strategically, in close cooperation with employees, customers, and owners.

We are looking for someone with solid leadership experience who thrives in a business-driven role with overall responsibility. You have a proven track record in B2B sales, business development, and developing customized offerings. You possess a good understanding of financial relationships and are accustomed to making decisions that create results.
As a leader, you are clear, present, and communicative—you create engagement, inspire enthusiasm, and build pride within the organization. You have a strategic perspective but are also operationally active in day-to-day activities. You regard improvement work as a natural part of development and have the courage to challenge when needed.
