About the Position
At KFX HR-partner, we are now seeking a switchboard operator for our client in Östermalm. Here, you will have the opportunity to become a key person in the company's daily customer contact – a role where your commitment and ability to create good relationships truly make a difference.
As a switchboard operator, you are the company's external voice. You receive calls, help customers and visitors find the right contact person, and ensure that everyone who reaches out receives a professional and friendly reception.

Job Responsibilities
You will become part of a team focused on service, collaboration, and quality. Your role is central to the company's communication and involves daily contact with customers, suppliers, and internal departments.
Your main tasks will include:
Answering and handling incoming calls professionally and efficiently
Directing customers and visitors to the right department or contact person
Receiving, managing, and forwarding messages via phone and email
Providing basic information about the company's operations and services
Contributing to a positive and welcoming atmosphere in the team and towards visitors
Qualifications
To thrive in this role, we believe you are communicative, meticulous, and have a genuine sense of service. You enjoy working in a high-paced environment and can easily adapt to different types of people and situations.
We would like you to:
Have previous experience working as a switchboard operator, receptionist, or in customer service
Have excellent computer skills and ability to manage multiple systems simultaneously
Speak and write fluent Swedish and English
Be structured, responsible, and have a natural ability to collaborate
Have a positive approach and maintain calmness even during high-pressure situations

Scope: Full-time, Monday–Friday
