Job Responsibilities
At our client, you will work in the switchboard and be responsible for providing customers with top-tier service and directing them appropriately. Tasks include:
• Answering incoming calls and transferring to the correct department/person
• Handling and forwarding messages
• Processing email inquiries
• Providing basic information about the company and its services
Qualifications
To be suitable as a switchboard operator, we are looking for someone who:
• Has experience in the role of switchboard operator
• Has excellent communication skills and is service-oriented
• Speaks and writes Swedish and English fluently
• Is structured and can manage multiple tasks simultaneously
Additional Information
Start Date: January 2026
Location: Norra Djurgården (near the technical university)
Scope: Part-time, 50%. Work Monday to Friday with varied hours.
