About the position
We are now looking for an engaged leader to join our wonderful team and continue working towards delivering world-class customer service. As the team leader, you will actively participate in daily operations and ensure that all NetOnNet visitors are greeted by knowledgeable, motivated, and accessible Lagershops employees. Our Lagershop concept is based on providing customers with home electronics quickly, easily, and at warehouse prices. The store manager is referred to as Lagershopschef in our company, and your role is to drive the work in the Lagershop together with the team. This includes assisting customers at the checkout, restocking products, ensuring they are displayed according to our concept, and actively working on sales based on set and agreed sales targets. In customer interactions, we also actively promote products from our service portfolio, such as security insurance, subscriptions, and financing solutions, as well as assisting customers at our information desk or in our technical service. In addition to being part of daily operations, you will also be responsible for budget management, performance tracking/reporting, and scheduling. Naturally, you will have personnel responsibility for all employees in the Lagershop. At NetOnNet, our employees are our most important resource, and we are convinced you feel the same way. Who are you?
To take on the role of Lagershopschef with us, you need to have a strong business sense where you actively drive profitable sales through coaching and follow-up. Finding synergies where both sales results and team spirit are at their peak is your motivation in the job. You excel at involving and engaging employees in the work of further developing our Lagershop. You have the ability to work strategically to develop, streamline, and improve both the business and your employees. Your communication skills make it easy for you to build relationships and collaborations, and you are, of course, passionate about customer interactions. We also see that you have:
• Several years of experience in a leadership position within retail
• Experience in leadership with personnel responsibility
• Experience in working with performance tracking and budget responsibility
