About the Role
As Store Manager at Åhléns Täby, you are responsible for driving sales and creating profitability in your store while ensuring that campaigns and activities are implemented with high quality. You are responsible for ensuring our guests receive an excellent customer experience and are met by engaged and service-oriented Sales Representatives with strong product knowledge. The Store Manager role includes:
• Being an ambassador and creating the best customer experience in your store
• Developing a high-performing team passionate about Åhléns and sales through coaching and present leadership
• Delivering results in line with store goals and key performance indicators through business-oriented thinking
• Actively participating in, evaluating, interpreting, and communicating relevant information within the store to employees
• Responsibility for store safety and workplace environment
• Working in accordance with Åhléns sustainability goals
You will work towards annual, monthly, and daily sales and customer satisfaction targets and will convene and drive workplace meetings, sales planning, and union collaboration.
In the store, you will become part of a passionate team of Sales Representatives, Sales Leaders/Department Heads, and Visual Merchandisers. In addition to store employees, you will have support from an HR Partner and Regional Manager as your direct supervisor.

You Will Bring:
• At least several years of experience in a leadership position in sales, preferably in retail
• Proven successful experience leading and developing teams
• Experience of driving work towards set goals with good results
