Are you driven, engaged, and want to make a difference in an exciting and important organization? The Air Defence Regiment, Lv 6, is now seeking a conscription administrator for the HR department (G1) to act as an administrator for conscripts at the regiment.
The HR department is part of the regiment's staff at Lv 6 and currently consists of about 20 employees with various specializations, both civil and military competencies, providing managerial support to the formation. The department, led by the HR manager, is divided into two sections: personnel services and HR, each led by a section chief. You will work in the personnel services section. The department operates at a fast pace with a lot of activity, but also has a strong sense of cohesion, and we continuously strive to deliver managerial support of the highest quality and service.
In your role as a conscription administrator, you will be an important asset primarily working to support responsible managers as an expert in conscription management. You will also assist managers with the needs assessment and wartime placement of conscripts in consultation with the Swedish Armed Forces HR Center and the Conscription and Assessment Authority (PPV), which includes:
As a conscription administrator in the Lv 6 staff and in the G1 department, you will also receive additional tasks and participate in the staff's other work and activities.
You will have significant autonomy, which requires you to be driven, proactive, and committed to development and improvement within your area of work. You are positive and solutions-oriented with excellent administrative skills. You have the ability to quickly adapt to new conditions and tasks. We seek a team player who collaborates effectively with others, as many of our tasks require cooperation among multiple parties. We desire a person who is attentive and empathetic in relationships with others and is willing to be honest when necessary. You are not averse to working with short deadlines and have the capacity to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

The Air Defence operates on land and is part of the army, but often collaborates with the Air Force. Air Defence monitors airspace using mobile sensors (such as radar), detects threats, and protects important objects and operations against aerial attacks through missile combat. The two air defense battalions included in the active defense are trained and kept on standby by the Air Defence Regiment.
