About the Role
You will ensure that the correct documentation is in place by collecting, completing, quality assuring, and organizing materials in accordance with GDPR, the Surveillance Camera Act, and our internal procedures. Examples of Responsibilities
• Support the organization in completing and updating GDPR documentation (registers, DPIA/BIA, risk assessments, procedures).
• Work practically with documentation for surveillance (purposes, needs, placements, procedures, signage, retention).
• Verify that documents are correctly filled out and follow the given templates.
• Collect, structure, and quality assure documentation from multiple units.
• Serve as the point of contact for schools regarding what needs to be documented and how.
• Update checklists, templates, and support materials.
• Prepare overviews and status reports for management and principals.
• Contribute to consistency and order in the organization’s documentation.
We are looking for someone who
We are looking for someone with excellent administrative skills who enjoys creating structure in both large and small tasks. You have a basic understanding of GDPR and an interest in surveillance and IT. You like a work pace where you have multiple cases ongoing simultaneously and where you keep track of details. You are meticulous, service-oriented, and comfortable with various digital tools. Above all, you enjoy helping others do things correctly, driving work to completion, and appreciate planning and executing your work independently.
It is advantageous if you have experience in school operations, the public sector, administrative processing, or IT-related work. Familiarity with surveillance legislation or security systems is also a plus.

Additional Information
This is a permanent position, starting immediately. We apply a 6-month probationary period. You will be based in our office in Gothenburg but will work closely with colleagues in other parts of Sweden. Much of the work is conducted via Teams. Travel, primarily to our headquarters in Stockholm, will occur.
