We are looking for a Creative Election Organizer for Olofström Do you want to help shape an engaging election campaign in Olofström 2026? We are now seeking a creative and proactive election organizer! **About the Role** As an organizer, you will be the hub of our local election efforts. You will plan, lead, and implement activities – ensuring that our policies resonate with and engage the people of Olofström. You will work closely with both members and elected representatives to create a vibrant and inclusive election campaign, encompassing all that it may entail. The work primarily involves practical campaign planning, coordinating volunteers, scheduling activities, and some production of our communication materials. We offer the right person both freedom with responsibility and excellent opportunities to influence the design of the work. **We are looking for someone who** • Is self-driven and has a knack for taking initiative. • Is creative and willing to think outside the conventional frameworks of political work. • Has strong social skills and enjoys interacting with people. • Is confident in communicating both verbally and in writing and can tailor messages according to the audience and channel. • Is not afraid of working at unconventional hours, where people gather; that’s where we want to be. • Shares the values of the labor movement and wants to contribute to a more equitable society. **Desirable Experience** • Experience in creating graphic content – both still images and video – for social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok. • Previous involvement in a non-profit organization or social movement. • Experience in campaign work or event planning. **Terms** • Scope: Project employment 50% From February 1 to September 30, 2026 - or as agreed • Salary: Individual agreement Other terms according to the collective agreement of Handels.
