Your Role As Production Manager at Vallvik Mill, you will be responsible for leading and coordinating factory operations during shifts, focusing on ensuring a safe work environment, high quality, efficiency, and sustainability in manufacturing. You have personnel and coordination responsibility for a shift team of 13 people. We work in six shift teams, each with a production manager, and you will report directly to the Production Manager, who has overall responsibility for shifts. Work Areas Personnel Responsibility: You are responsible for employee safety, development, and work distribution, conduct employee discussions, rehabilitation planning, and have personal conversations with employees regarding individual and organizational goals. You will ensure the team has the right staffing and that everyone has the knowledge and competence required to run the factory. You will also: • Lead and monitor production processes with an eye for detail and quality. • Collaborate with engaged and knowledgeable employees to ensure optimal production. • Drive continuous improvement and innovation in our production environment. • Work with a strong focus on sustainability and environmental awareness.
