Job Responsibilities
The Local Service Accommodation section is now seeking a janitor with a strong sense of service and a flexible approach.
As a janitor within Local Service Accommodation, you are responsible for creating a safe, functional, and pleasant environment for residents. You will work on practical tasks such as maintenance, repairs, and service, playing a vital role in ensuring that our facilities meet high standards.
Examples of tasks included in the position:
• Perform daily maintenance and repairs of the property's interior and exterior environments.
• Oversee technical equipment and manage fault reports, including documentation of these activities.
• Handle keys, locking systems, and basic IT-related installations.
• Act as a contact person for external suppliers regarding service and maintenance.
• Participate in the planning and execution of relocations, rearrangements, and logistics.
• Contribute to good collaboration with residents, colleagues, and other functions.
Qualifications
We are looking for candidates with a completed secondary education and experience working as a janitor, property caretaker, or property technician. You should have experience with control and regulation technology and be accustomed to working with various computer systems. A valid driver's license for a manual transmission vehicle and good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written, are required.
• Good technical understanding and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of property management, basic electrical, and plumbing work is an advantage.

About the Workplace
The Local Service Accommodation section consists of 12 employees, of which 9 are janitors and 3 administrators who serve residents in the labor market and social administration. Our mission is to provide services related to the restoration and furnishing of apartments, corrective internal and external maintenance of the property, orders, and handling of storage. The section plays a central role in development work to ensure that operations are conducted with high quality from a customer perspective, while minimizing the restoration time of residences is a critical factor for both economic sustainability and more effective accessibility of housing placements.
