When filling the position, great importance will also be placed on personal qualities such as commitment, initiative, and sense of responsibility. About Lundby Parish Lundby Parish is part of the Church of Sweden and is located on Hisingen in Gothenburg. Here, people who have been Hisingen residents for generations mix with people from other parts of Sweden and new Swedes; all bringing their cultures, religions, and languages. New urban environments are being built, immigration is extensive, and socioeconomic differences are significant. This diversity is reflected in the parish's activities as we work to create visible, attractive, and open meeting places where people can meet themselves, meet others, and meet God. With us, LGBTQI and integration perspectives, as well as other social issues, have a natural place. The parish has approximately 60 employees distributed across six work teams. There are five churches, one of which is medieval. The others are connected to parish facilities, and in addition to these, there is a standalone parish center and an older rectory. Please read more about our parish in the parish instructions and on our website. We warmly welcome your application!
