For our operations at the Swedish Armed Forces Life Guard in Kungsängen, we are looking for a flexible and service-oriented caretaker at ISS. Are you detail-oriented, practical, able to work independently, and take initiative? Then you might be the right person for us! **About the Role** As a caretaker, you will be responsible for ensuring that the daily operations at the hotels run smoothly. You will be responsible for everything from processing payments from guests to ensuring the hotel looks good. You will be the face of the hotel for its guests and assist them as needed. Your responsibilities include checking guests in and out, ensuring keys are returned on time, and contacting guests who have not checked out on time. You must have good computer skills and be able to use the Office 365 suite. You will ensure that furniture, televisions, and similar items are functioning and intact. You will also report issues as needed. You are responsible for checking that the rooms are ready for check-in and, if necessary, assisting with room cleaning. You will be supervised by LG and work closely with the LG Logistics Coordinator. Since the hotels have both Swedish and foreign guests, you are required to communicate in both Swedish and English, both verbally and in writing. You should be flexible, independent, and able to take initiative. You must have an eye for detail and be able to clean rooms as needed. You must be handy and possess practical knowledge to perform simple repairs in the hotels. **Meritorious for the Position** - Experience in caretaking - Experience in cleaning, preferably hotel cleaning - Experience in the hotel industry **Requirements for the Position** - Good computer skills and knowledge of the Office 365 suite - A valid driver's license for manual transmission vehicles - Fluent Swedish in speech and writing - Basic English in speech and writing **About the Swedish Armed Forces** The Swedish Armed Forces is a government agency responsible for the country's defense.
