The Assignment Requires the Ability to Work Independently, Have Good Collaboration Skills, and Problem-Solving Capabilities. To Succeed in Your Assignment, It Is Important to Understand the Significance of Established Routines to Meet Quality and Safety Requirements. We Also Seek Someone Who Can Identify and Highlight Improvement Potential. We Work Closely with Associations and Citizens – As a Municipal Operation, It Is Crucial to Understand That All Parts Are Necessary. Qualifications To Successfully Complete the Assignment, the Following Are Meritorious: • Experience Working at Sports Facilities with Ice Rinks and Artificial Turf • Experience Interacting with Visitors and Providing Service • Experience with Operational Routines for Utilizing Facility Functions • Experience Operating Ice Resurfacing Machines • Experience with Artificial Turf Maintenance • Experience with Ice Care • Driver's License (B-Class) • Good Computer Skills • Strong Swedish Communication Skills, Verbal and Written Additional Meritorious Qualifications: • High School Education or Equivalent Experience • Knowledge of Public Administration • Ice Machine Operation Certification • Ice Maker Training • Artificial Turf Maintenance Training A Police Record Check Will Be Requested During the Recruitment Process.
