Property and Services is primarily responsible for renovations as well as the management and maintenance of all municipal properties. Additionally, the unit is responsible for services to the municipality's other operations, which include schools, healthcare and social services, as well as municipal administration. The unit also oversees all municipal vehicles and food and mail transport. JOB DESCRIPTION We are looking for a responsible and service-oriented employee who is accustomed to taking initiative and a significant amount of personal responsibility in their work. As a caretaker with us, you will have a varied and independent job where you will encounter different operations within the municipality on a daily basis. You play an important role in ensuring that everything runs smoothly in everyday life, from schools and preschools to other municipal facilities. Your responsibilities include, among others: • Food transport to the municipality's preschools • Mail delivery and internal distribution to various operations • Maintenance and care of the schools' outdoor environments and local recycling stations • Handling of cases in our system DeDU, such as orders and fault reports • Execution of various practical tasks, such as setting up furniture, assisting with moves, and installing fixtures like shelves and basic property maintenance QUALIFICATIONS Requirements: • Completed secondary education • B driver's license • Good computer skills Meritorious: • Experience in property maintenance, transport, or service • Experience and knowledge of handheld electric tools such as drills, etc. We are looking for someone who is service-oriented, responsible, and solution-focused.
