We at Forenede Care are seeking someone who wants to work as a maintenance worker at 50% and a cleaning staff at 20% at our cozy elderly care facility Berga! Berga has 96 apartments currently reduced to 48 open spaces due to ongoing renovation and pipe replacement in parts of the facility. Additionally, there are two different day activity centers in the building. Berga nursing home is located in a scenic area with a view of Edsviken and Värtan. Bergshamra center is within walking distance and close to subway and buses. About the Role As a maintenance worker and cleaning staff, you are responsible for creating a comfortable, safe, and well-functioning environment for both residents and staff. Work tasks include managing the recycling station, handling maintenance requests, and performing minor repair work. You will handle orders, receive deliveries, and ensure materials and goods are distributed to the correct floors. You are also responsible for keeping the exterior environment around the facility accessible and well-maintained. As part of the job, cleaning duties are also included, which means keeping the facility's common areas clean, well-maintained, and inviting. Fire safety knowledge is meritorious and contributes to a safe environment for everyone. The work requires meticulousness, a sense of responsibility, and a positive attitude towards both people and tasks.
