About the role As a Caretaker, you will be responsible, together with your colleagues, for ensuring that our client's offices and premises convey a holistic experience of a safe, attractive, modern, and sustainable workplace for employees and visitors. You will work with the maintenance and upkeep of the client's facilities. The tasks are varied, and you will work in different environments. Therefore, we highly value your personal and unpretentious commitment, as well as your ability to solve arising situations. Your responsibilities will include, among others: • Supervision, maintenance, and minor repairs • Rounds of the client's premises and reporting deviations according to established guidelines and acting within your mandate • Inventory, ordering, and restocking materials according to set routines • Reporting faults in equipment and furnishings related to the premises connected to the service • Handling internal and external mail and goods, delivering shipments to various addresses • Forklift operation • Furniture assembly • Minor handyman tasks The position is full-time, permanent employment with an initial six-month probationary period. We are looking for someone with good social skills who can independently identify what needs to be done and drive the work forward. You thrive in the role of a company representative and share ISS's desire to deliver world-class service. We prefer that you easily establish good relationships with both clients and colleagues and have the ability to collaborate, as the work can be both individual and in groups. You have a high school education and experience working in a similar role. We also appreciate experience in service professions. It is advantageous if you have knowledge of property technology and can perform minor repairs. You need to be proficient in Swedish, both spoken and written, and have good IT skills. We prefer that you are handy and have an interest in electronics and/or machinery. A valid driver's license (B) is required. About the Swedish Armed Forces The Swedish Armed Forces is a Swedish authority responsible for the country's defense. Therefore, there is a requirement for Swedish citizenship for positions performed within the Armed Forces. Additionally, the position involves placement in a security classification, which means that a security screening with a background check will be conducted before employment.
