As our VA Strategist, you will be a key person responsible for Haparanda City's comprehensive and long-term planning in the water and sewage area.
Responsibilities
You will:
· Shape the municipality's water and sewage solutions for the future.
· Lead strategic work related to major investments in sustainable water and sewage supply.
· Work independently and collaboratively to make accessible, manage, and develop the municipality's physical environment and infrastructure.

Qualifications
• Education in Civil Engineering (road and water construction, community building) or equivalent.
• Work experience as a VA Strategist, project manager, or in strategic planning and development in the water and sewage area.
• Excellent knowledge of the Water Services Act (LAV), CER Directive, and EU Water Directive. You are up-to-date on relevant publications, requirements, and regulations.
• Strong analytical ability and a strategic holistic view.
• Swedish language skills in speech and writing
• Driving License B
Meritorious:
• Experience in collaboration with authorities/regions and an interest in innovation and new technical solutions in water and sewage.
