Role as Water and Sewage Planning Engineer
You will be part of the planning and investigation group, working alongside automation, planning, and water and sewage engineers. Together, you will develop and manage water and sewage infrastructure in a sustainable and cost-effective manner. As a Water and Sewage Planning Engineer, you will play a key role in coordinating investigation work and developing renewal plans for the water and sewage network.
Your main responsibilities will include:
- Responsible for long-term and sustainable management of water and sewage infrastructure, primarily focusing on the pipeline network
- Responsible for developing long-term investment plans and budget proposals for the water and sewage network
- Responsible for strategic and operational optimization of the network's lifecycle through planning, analysis, and development
- Responsible for condition assessments and risk analyses
- Work with internal and external stakeholders to improve the water and sewage system's functionality, operational reliability, and cost-effectiveness
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to balance investment and reinvestment budget needs, prioritizing resource allocation
Qualifications
We prefer candidates with a civil or university engineering degree in a technical field. You have experience in collecting, processing, prioritizing, presenting, and following up on information and data. Additionally, you have good verbal and written communication skills in Swedish and a valid B driver's license. Experience in investment or renewal planning, knowledge of pipeline renewal, experience in developing preliminary studies, or basic knowledge and experience in water and sewage and hydraulics are considered merits.

This is a full-time, permanent position with start date by agreement. We may apply a probationary period.
