**Switchboard Operator at Sodexo**
**Location:** Södertälje
**Working Hours:** Monday–Friday between 06:45–17:45 (scheduled working hours)

Would you like to be part of a service-oriented team and be Scania's first point of contact with customers and employees? We are looking for a dedicated and stress-resistant switchboard operator who thrives in a role where every call makes a difference.
**About the Role**
As a switchboard operator, you are our outward face. You receive, connect, and forward phone calls and messages from both customers and employees. You will also handle simpler administrative and IT-related tasks, such as:
- Referrals and call forwarding
- Minor updates in the phone directory
- Support for colleagues with switchboard inquiries
**Who Are You?**
We are looking for someone with a strong sense of service who remains calm even under high pressure. You are structured, communicative, and have an easy time collaborating.
**Qualifications:**
- Excellent command of Swedish and English, both spoken and written
- Good computer skills and the ability to quickly familiarize yourself with new systems
- Experience in similar roles is an advantage
