We are growing and seeking an engaged healthcare/vocational instructor who wants to contribute to shaping the next generation of healthcare and social care. About Us Addera Kompetens in Nacka offers education in Swedish for Immigrants (SFI), basic and upper secondary courses, as well as vocational training. About the Position As a healthcare instructor with us, you will plan, implement, and evaluate instruction, assess and grade students, and follow up on workplace-based learning (APL). The training leads to a protected nursing assistant professional title. The job also involves collaboration and regular meetings with industries and principals. You will work closely with students and collaborate with colleagues and external partners to create the best possible conditions for learning and future employment. We Are Seeking Someone Who: • is a licensed healthcare instructor or has extensive experience in healthcare and social care and is curious about teaching, • has strong pedagogical skills and can translate practical experience into inspiring and varied instruction, • is structured, solution-oriented, and creative, • is passionate about adult education and thrives in a multicultural context, • communicates effectively in Swedish, both verbally and in writing, • has strong digital competence. We are looking for someone who is clear, attentive, and relationship-building – a person who enjoys motivating others and collaborating in a development-oriented team.
