Our ambition is high: we want to offer the world's best digital services for public transport and are working hard to get there. A value stream is our defined way of collecting requirements, planning, and delivering value to customers, travelers, and internal and external users. Through value streams, we ensure that digital needs are clear, prioritized, and feasible, creating the greatest possible benefit. Traveling by public transport should be both easy and attractive, and we are working intensively to develop our passengers' experience. In addition to managing general public transport in Skåne, Skånetrafiken is also responsible for dial-a-ride services, medical transportation, and other demand-responsive traffic. Together, we have a socially important mission that contributes to a sustainable Skåne. RESPONSIBILITIES As a Value Stream Architect at Skånetrafiken, you will become a key person in our transformation journey towards value stream-based development. You will work closely with value stream managers, delivery managers, UX designers, and other architects to ensure that our digital needs are clear, realistic, and technically feasible. Your tasks will include: - Supporting the business in formulating clear digital needs and actively contributing to our transformation towards value stream-based development - Driving and developing solutions and estimates between multiple development teams and systems - Ensuring that new and further development follows laws, regulations, and Skånetrafiken's architectural principles - Ensuring that existing and procured systems are architecturally sustainable and can be further developed in a stable and cost-effective manner - Working closely with other architects to create mutual understanding and achieve common goals, and escalating solution proposals within the organization as needed - Contributing to creating a common target architecture and being responsible for breaking it down into concrete parts for the value stream you are responsible for as an architect Why Skånetrafiken? As part of our team, you will contribute to sustainable mobility and the future of travel, where more and more people choose to travel by public transport for the climate, for convenience, and for a better Skåne. We offer a dynamic work environment where you will work with committed colleagues, exciting projects, and a great mix of management, further development, and new development using modern tools. As we are in a transformation journey, there are good opportunities for you to influence how your role develops and how we build our organization going forward. We have several value streams and therefore can match your background and knowledge to our needs. QUALIFICATIONS We welcome those with several years of experience in architectural roles, such as solution architect or data platform architect.
