Atrium Ljungberg is now seeking a Valuation Manager for a temporary position of approximately one year starting in February 2026. Main Responsibilities As Valuation Manager, you will play a central role in property valuation and financial analysis. You will lead and conduct valuations of the company's property portfolio and support the business with calculations and decision-making materials. The role involves both strategic and operational responsibilities, where you will collaborate closely with various parts of the organization, including the management team, business developers, project managers, property managers, as well as finance and accounting functions. You will report to the Chief Financial Officer. Your tasks will include, among others: • Managing contact with and procurement of external property valuers. • Overseeing internal valuations and coordinating work with several colleagues. • Maintaining and developing the company's valuation model and investment calculation template. • Ensuring that accurate data and information are delivered for quarterly reports and annual accounts. • Contributing financial analyses to support business decisions. In addition, you may also have the opportunity to drive the implementation of a new system support for the valuation work. Qualifications and Experience We are looking for someone with a relevant academic background for the position, such as a degree in real estate economics, business administration, or equivalent. You also have several years of experience in property valuation and real estate economic issues related to commercial properties. You possess excellent skills in Excel, and it is advantageous if you have an understanding of VBA programming. Experience in participating in or leading the implementation of valuation systems or similar digital solutions is also a plus. Finally, you have a good command of Swedish, both spoken and written, as communication and documentation in the work are conducted in Swedish.
