About this role
Here's your chance to be part of it from the beginning! On October 1st, 2025, we are opening Mobilia Healthcare Center's new unit in Oxie, and we are seeking someone who wants to be part of our team and contribute to building the operation from the ground up.
We are looking for a licensed nurse, preferably with advanced training as a district nurse (minimum 60 credits). Previous experience working in primary care or as a district nurse is meritorious – but we place great emphasis on personal suitability, commitment, and collaboration skills.
About the Role
As a nurse with us, you will have a broad and varied assignment within general medical care. You will meet patients of all ages and life situations – in reception, by phone, at the clinic, and through digital channels.
The work is largely independent, with opportunities to make your own assessments and decisions, but you will also be part of a cross-professional team where close collaboration is a natural part of everyday work.
We actively work with joint assessments, where you together with doctors and other professionals collectively evaluate and plan patient care. The work is both health-promoting, advisory, and treatment-oriented – an important part of primary care.
We are seeking someone who:
• Is a licensed nurse – preferably with specialist training as a district nurse
• Has a flexible, curious, and solution-focused approach
• Is confident in their professional role and accustomed to making independent decisions
• Has good collaboration skills and enjoys teamwork
• Is accommodating, attentive, and clear in communication
• Has an interest in digitalization and healthcare development
• Thrives in a role with varied tasks and occasionally high-paced work
Together with the healthcare center management, you will be an important part of developing our new clinic in Oxie – where we collectively create safe, accessible, and modern care for the area's residents.
About Us
Mobilia Healthcare Center is a well-established clinic with approximately 7,500 registered patients. We have a stable team where collaboration, shared expertise, and job satisfaction are in focus. We are now growing – and opening a new unit in Oxie in autumn 2025. We hope you want to be part of our continued development!
