We are seeking a health center manager for Närhälsan Gråbo health center with the ambition to develop the operations together with all employees.

Currently, we have approximately 9,000 registered patients. We are within commuting distance from Gothenburg with good transportation links. About the job
As a health center manager, you are responsible for operations, finances, personnel, and the work environment. You are the face of the organization and actively work with marketing. One of your most important tasks is to stimulate continuous improvement and development work to ensure that the operations are attractive and competitive for both employees and residents. As a manager, you play a crucial role in inspiring new working methods, with future digitalization high on the agenda.
You will be part of the primary care area's management team, and together we drive the development of the entire area. Close collaboration is conducted with other health center managers as well as with support functions in HR, finance, and business development. Cooperation also occurs with hospitals and municipalities, as well as with local patient organizations and interest groups.
About you
You have a relevant higher education for the role and experience working as a manager and/or leader, preferably within healthcare. You also have management and/or leadership training and previous experience with personnel and results responsibility. Experience in primary care is an advantage.
We are looking for someone who is clear and attentive in your leadership. Additionally, you are goal- and results-oriented, with a strong interest and desire to drive development. You possess good analytical skills and a strategic approach to support the operations. In your leadership, you are a person who is receptive and engages, motivates, and involves your staff to drive the operations forward.
You are a role model and a norm creator who is loyal to the organization and the decisions made. Through participation, you create conditions for good collaboration in the workplace. Selection will take place continuously during the application period, and we plan to conduct interviews on December 15 at the Region's House in Gothenburg.
Management recruitment within Närhälsan follows the management recruitment process in Västra Götaland Region, and we base our selection on our four management criteria. As part of the selection process, in-depth interviews and testing will also take place with the Center for Management Recruitment in Gothenburg, where you are expected to be available.
