JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

As a person, you take initiative at work and can prioritize tasks from a holistic perspective. You have a high service orientation and are helpful towards your colleagues, ensuring that your tasks are completed with quality. You are confident in your professional role and are responsible and meticulous.
As our staff, you provide individual and secure care by working in a close relationship with the elderly and their relatives, viewing the individual from a holistic perspective. You will perform certain medical care tasks based on delegation from a nurse. As part of the daily work, you will use Intraphone, which is part of our planning and documentation system. To succeed in this role, it is important that you have good collaboration and initiative skills and take responsibility for driving elder care of the highest quality. Good interpersonal skills are crucial for us.
Teamwork for Quality Care
We work in teams around the resident with care assistants, nursing assistants, nurses, occupational therapists, physiotherapists, and activity coordinators to offer health-promoting care of very high quality. This also means you will have secure support from colleagues, both care personnel and other professional roles.
Part of the position will include cross-shift work, which means you may occasionally work shifts at other care facilities or with other organizations we collaborate with in the Falkenberg Municipality.
QUALIFICATIONS
If you are applying for a care assistant position, the requirement is that you have a care assistant education (equivalent to 800 credits) and have passed Swedish 1. If you do not meet the educational requirements for a care assistant, you may be considered for a basic assistant position.
It is important that you have good computer skills and speak Swedish well, both verbally and in writing. Great importance will be placed on personal suitability.
