About this role
We are seeking dedicated staff for night shifts at our short-term care facility!
The short-term care facility consists of two units with a shared work team that staffs both units.
The facility offers short-term stays under the LSS (Act Concerning Support and Service for Persons with Certain Functional Impairments) for individuals with intellectual disabilities and/or autism spectrum disorders, targeting children and youth.
Here, individuals have the opportunity to develop their independence, participate in meaningful activities, and feel secure in a stimulating environment. At the same time, family members receive respite and time for their own activities.

RESPONSIBILITIES
In the role of caregiver/support assistant, you will:
• Support individuals in their daily lives.
• Contribute to maintaining and developing skills that enhance their independence.
• Perform personal care and practical tasks such as cleaning, laundry, and cooking.
• Document interventions and development according to guidelines.
• Work hours: Scheduled night shifts.
QUALIFICATIONS
• Education as a caregiver/support assistant, childcare worker, or other education/work experience deemed equivalent by the employer.
• Experience and knowledge of autism spectrum disorders.
• Confident, attentive, and flexible with a clear and pedagogical approach.
• Enjoys working in a team and able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Computer literate and good ability to express yourself in writing in Swedish.
Meriting competencies:
• Knowledge of sign language support, low-arousal approach, and clarifying pedagogy.
• Experience working with individuals with various functional disabilities.
• B driver's license (manual transmission).
