Your Workplace The clinic is organized within the Adult Psychiatry area of Region Värmland. In addition to the clinic in Hagfors, psychiatric outpatient care is available in Torsby, Arvika, Kristinehamn, Säffle, and Karlstad. We work interprofessionally, and our team consists of nurses, counselors, psychologists, doctors, healthcare administrators, and occupational therapists. Our work is characterized by a strong patient focus, collaboration with relatives, and various partner organizations. We currently need a healthcare administrator on a six-month temporary contract, with the possibility of extension. Working hours are during the day, Monday through Friday. Your Responsibilities The work is varied and involves close collaboration with other professional categories. Together with other healthcare administrators, you will be responsible for patient documentation in Cosmic, patient scheduling and rescheduling, follow-up work, and other typical tasks within the profession. Your Knowledge and Competencies We are seeking a healthcare administrator, medical secretary, or physician secretary with excellent Swedish language skills. Previous work experience in psychiatric outpatient care is meritorious. It is important to us that you are flexible, responsible, and able to take initiative. This may involve working independently as well as collaborating with your team. You are accustomed to structuring your tasks to ensure smooth workflow. In your role, you will interact with various professionals within the organization, so it is crucial that you have an interest, willingness, and ability to collaborate with others.
