About the Position As a healthcare administrator with us, you will have a broad and responsible role that spans all our units. You will be the hub of our IT operations, ensuring that our systems, records, and digital processes function smoothly and securely throughout the organization. You will work closely with operational management, IT managers at the units, and external partners. The role combines practical IT support and healthcare administration with system administration, quality assurance, and development work. Responsibilities: • IT Coordination and Guidance You will serve as the overall IT coordinator for the organization, supporting managers and employees with IT-related issues. You will also maintain ongoing contact with suppliers. You will guide the IT managers at the units, document and update procedures, and coordinate IT matters across the organization. • System Administration You will be responsible for the operation, maintenance, and development of systems, such as the medical record system TakeCare, as well as managing SITHS cards and administration in EK. You will also oversee our website. • Finance and Administration You will have overall responsibility for IT-related financial administration, following up on contracts, controlling costs, and ensuring accurate registrations and reimbursements. You will produce statistics, reports, and documentation. • Quality and Improvement Work You will work on developing procedures and preventive measures, analyze data, and propose improvements. You will be involved in creating supplementary tools for our medical record systems and other IT solutions. • Security and Structure In close collaboration with an IT consultant, you will contribute to the overall IT security work, follow up on permissions, and ensure compliance with applicable procedures. Requirements: • High school diploma • Experience with work and administration in the medical record system TakeCare • At least 1 year of experience working in healthcare • Good knowledge of MS Office 365 • Proficient in spoken and written Swedish and English Meritorious: • Relevant post-secondary education • Familiarity with CGM J4 • Experience with telephone systems Conditions The position is permanent at 80-100%, Monday to Friday. We are a collective agreement-affiliated company and apply a probationary period during the first 6 months of employment. We offer a wellness allowance of 5000 SEK and occupational pension.
