Administrative Unit of the Women's Clinic, Höglandssjukhuset Eksjö Would you like to work in a cheerful and wonderful team while also developing individually and taking responsibility for your own tasks? The Role of Medical Administrator As a medical administrator with us, you will work towards the goal of providing excellent service to patients and healthcare staff while being part of the workgroup. You will handle typical medical administrator tasks such as transcription in various journal systems, coding, and other administrative duties such as writing protocols/minutes, updating/creating controlled documents in Evolution, and being responsible for control functions. You will also work with registrations in national registers - GynOp and the Swedish Quality Registry for Gynecological Cancer (SQRGC). You will have your own responsibilities, with tasks allocated as needed. The position involves working in various computer systems, including Cosmic, Obstetrix, GynOp, and SQRGC. You will also be part of one of the clinic's process groups, as the clinic continuously works on development and improvement initiatives. This is a permanent, full-time position, with a start date to be agreed upon. Your Future Workplace At the Women's Clinic in Eksjö, we aim to provide the best care from the beginning to the end of life. Approximately 1,000-1,200 babies are born here each year, and around 115 employees work with us. We provide comprehensive care to women of all ages and work in processes related to healthcare during pregnancy, childbirth, gynecological diseases, and promoting sexual health. Women's health care, including a youth clinic, is part of the Women's Clinic. In the administrative unit of the Women's Clinic, we have a strong sense of community within the group, and daily responsibilities are distributed based on schedule markings. We support each other and collaborate. We have varied tasks, and we also have the opportunity to develop individually. We respect one another and are eager to share our knowledge. We offer flexible working hours and the possibility to work remotely up to 2 days a week based on operational needs. You will receive a well-planned introduction with regular check-ins. Your Profile We are looking for someone who is a trained medical administrator/medical secretary with coding education. Previous experience in the profession is advantageous but not required. It is also a plus if you have previously worked as an IT representative. To perform well in this role, you need to have good language skills in Swedish, both spoken and written, as well as proficiency in the Office suite. To thrive with us, you should be calm, attentive, and accommodating in your interactions, with an interest, willingness, and ability to help others. You are self-driven and plan, organize, and prioritize your work effectively. While you enjoy working independently, you should also be able to collaborate well with colleagues.
