About the Department Department 353 is an internal medicine ward with 21 patient beds and an associated day care unit. We care for patients with hematological diagnoses, thromboses, and general internal medicine diagnoses. We also maintain close collaboration with our hematology clinic. About the Job As a nurse with us, you work in a team together with nursing assistants and healthcare aids. The department includes doctors, coordinators, pharmacists, and dietitians. You will also have close contact with physiotherapists and occupational therapists. You will lead and distribute nursing work, always with the goal of providing our patients with good and equitable care. If you want to work with a clear focus on hematological care, you will, after a separate introduction and obtaining a so-called chemotherapy license, administer chemotherapy. As a newly graduated nurse, you will be part of the Clinical Base Year, our introduction program. The clinical base year is mandatory and lasts during the first year of your employment with us. It includes lectures, nursing supervision, and practical training of your profession at the Simulation Center.
