**About the Position**
At LARO Lejon, you will be part of an experienced team working with patients undergoing LARO treatment. Your focus will be on safe medication management, follow-up, and supporting patients in their recovery process. The role involves independent work in close collaboration with colleagues from various professions.
This position is a full-time project employment lasting until April 30, 2026.
In addition to ongoing reception work, you will also support the operations manager as the receptions are phased out. Your task is to ensure that this process occurs in a patient-safe and structured manner.

**Your Main Responsibilities Include:**
- Daily medication management and supervised intake according to prescription
- Follow-up of medication treatment
- Physical assessments, sample collection, blood pressure/pulse monitoring, documentation in the journal system
- Patient assessments, counseling, and short supportive conversations
- Participation in team meetings and improvement work
- Collaboration with psychologists, psychiatrists, and external healthcare and authority contacts (SIP)
