We are now looking for new colleagues to strengthen our team in Gällivare for their stationary operations.
Working as a guard is perfect for you who enjoy working with people and helping them in their daily lives. As a guard at our office in Gällivare, you will become part of a close-knit team of about 40 employees. The length of work shifts varies, but at this stationary client, you will work in shifts, which means that work can occur at all hours of the day, including nights and weekends.
As a stationary guard, your primary task is to provide security for one of our clients by being attentive and ensuring that everything is in order. You will often work at the entrance of a larger company, checking those who enter and exit, but you may also perform patrols and monitor cameras. The tasks may vary, and this is exactly what makes the security profession so exciting - the variety!
You may work independently but also in teams, so you must be able to make your own decisions as well as collaborate with colleagues to solve any problems and tasks together in a group. It may also be relevant to work with patrolling operations in this role, but the main focus will be on stationary operations.
Do you lack guard training? We will provide it!
The basic training lasts for 9 working days and is conducted in various locations in Sweden before employment begins. As a new employee, you will also start with an introductory period to feel secure in your role and be able to manage our systems.

Requirements

Requirements:
• B driver's license
• At least 18 years old
• It is advantageous if you:
• Have approved grades in Swedish and English at the high school level
• Have an approved guard training, VU1 and VU2
• Are flexible for shift work
• Have good computer skills as the work involves several computer-based systems.
As a person, we see you as service-oriented, calm, and organized, capable of handling periods of high work pace. You are interested in technology, easily understand instructions, and have a practical approach. We expect that you are an independent person who trusts your own abilities, can quickly identify problems and solve them creatively, and that you find it easy to collaborate with others in a group. You have a systematic and meticulous approach with an eye for detail. Taking responsibility comes naturally to you – you are simply an honest, helpful, and vigilant person who makes those around you feel safe.
