JOB DESCRIPTION
We are looking for an engaged and driven operations technician who will have a holistic perspective on Vöfab's property portfolio concerning technical installations such as ventilation, heating, cooling, and energy technology.
You will monitor the status of installations through our systems and troubleshoot issues together with other operations technicians and our property technicians. This means that your days will include both time spent on the properties as well as some office hours. As part of our team, you will play a key role in ensuring that our properties are in top condition and that our tenants are satisfied.
QUALIFICATIONS
We are seeking someone with education in electrical engineering and control/automation technology focused on properties. You possess technical competence and the ability to work with various property automation systems as well as perform repairs.
Furthermore, you have strong communication skills and the ability to work independently as well as in a team. It is important that you have a high service orientation and the ability to build good relationships with tenants and other clients. You are proficient in Swedish, both spoken and written, and have good computer skills. Electrical certification is an advantage. A driver's license is a requirement.
Vöfab has an on-call service that requires availability for urgent fault reports and emergencies outside regular working hours, including evenings, nights, and weekends. On-call duty may be applicable for this position if needed.
