UX Designer - Senior Level

Start: December 8, 2025 Duration: Until December 31, 2026 (possibility of extension 1+1 year) Scope: 100% / 40 hours per week Do you want to help shape a new, comprehensive traffic management system that will impact tens of thousands of users every day? We are looking for a senior UX designer who will take clear overall responsibility for the design process and play a key role in the development of a new ordering and contract web portal. Assignment In this role, you will be responsible for creating a user experience that works for several key target groups – including the ordering center, travel guarantee function, taxi suppliers, and internal operational roles. You will lead the design process end-to-end: • Insight work and target group analysis • Concept development and UX flows • Prioritization of functionality and identification of critical needs • Prototypes and solution sketches in Figma • Usability testing and validation You will work closely with the business, development, and other competencies, driving the design work forward independently in a complex context with many stakeholders. You who apply are A methodical, senior UX designer who is completely confident in driving and adapting a user-centered design process according to conditions and purpose. You have extensive experience in research, testing, concept development, visualization, and communication of insights – and are accustomed to working in larger organizations and agile, cross-functional teams.
