About this role

UX/CX Strategy Specialist Role Description The mission is to define and drive a cohesive customer experience across app, web, and other touchpoints. You will take a holistic approach to the customer journey, translate insights and business objectives into strategic choices, and lead prioritized initiatives that ensure a consistent, data-driven, and value-creating experience. Responsibilities • Map and optimize end-to-end customer journeys, identify friction points, and define target vision. • Formulate channel strategy and guidelines for app, web, logged-in/open platforms. • Ensure recognition and context consistency across channels, content structure, and login flows. • Use customer data and research to develop hypotheses, priorities, and KPIs. • Drive initiatives around AI in customer interactions and personalization in digital channels. • Collaborate closely with UX designers, product owners, architects, business development, and marketing. • Facilitation, decision-making support, and roadmaps in scaled agile environments. Requirements • Several years of experience in CX/UX strategy, digital strategy, or service design. • Proven ability to lead cross-functionally and navigate multiple stakeholders in complex organizations. • Strong analytical skills and experience translating data and insights into strategy and priorities. • Experience with customer journey mapping, CX strategies, and guiding business and IT decisions related to customer experience. • Strong communication and facilitation skills between business, IT, and customer-facing operations. • Understanding of channel and platform logic: app, web, logged-in/open. • Experience with agile methodologies and scaled frameworks (e.g., SAFe) focusing on customer-centric development. Preferred Qualifications • Experience with federated business models and major digital transformations. • Familiarity with enhancing both customer and employee experiences in digital customer interactions. • Knowledge of CX platforms, CRM and sales support, business modeling, and process development. • Experience with Cloud, headless, and API-based solutions. • Practical application of AI and data analysis for insights-driven personalization.
