About this role

At department G7 - the surgery and orthopedics department with elective care, we offer highly specialized care where patients receive professional treatment and care in a safe and rehabilitative environment. Here, dedicated staff work to ensure the best possible care and recovery after surgeries and emergency care. We are looking for you who are a licensed nurse with leadership experience. Great emphasis is placed on personal qualities, structure, and responsibility. We expect you to have good knowledge of the Swedish language, both spoken and written. Knowledge of Lifecare, Cosmic, and Office 365 is an advantage. You are outgoing and socially active in professional contexts, creating contacts and maintaining relationships. You have the ability to make decisions despite difficult circumstances and demonstrate sound judgment under pressure. What you will work with In our department, you will have a central role as a development nurse in driving quality and development – in an operation where teamwork and patient focus are at the center. In your role as a development nurse, you will work administratively, which includes coordination between the region and municipality through our digital operating system Lifecare. You will collaborate closely with nurses in the department, where you will have a supportive and relieving role. Additionally, you will be responsible for overarching issues regarding care places in the county as well as the development and follow-up of routines in the department.
