In the municipal primary care of Mellerud, there are nurses, occupational therapists, physiotherapists, rehabilitation assistants, nursing assistants, rehabilitation technicians, administrators, and unit managers. About the Position
As a development leader in municipal primary care, you will be responsible for leading, coordinating, and supporting development and quality work. You will be a key person in creating structure, driving change, and implementing new work methods and digital solutions. You will collaborate closely with the unit manager, employees, and other functions within care and welfare.
You will report to the unit manager for municipal primary care and work closely with unit managers, MAS/MAR, and other support resources within care and welfare. You will also represent the organization in internal and external development forums.
The position involves 50% as a development leader and 50% as a nurse in the operation, with duty every fourth weekend and some evenings per month. During the summer, you will work 100% as a nurse in the operation.
Main Responsibilities
• Lead and coordinate development and quality work within the operation.
• Support unit manager and employees in improvement processes.
• Drive implementation of new routines, work methods, and digital tools.
• Follow up, analyze, and report results to unit manager.
• Collaborate with internal and external actors for joint development.
• Regular nursing work within the operation with patients of various ages in their homes, which may be in ordinary housing, in special accommodation, or in group housing under LSS.
Qualifications
• Registered nurse.
• Substantial experience in municipal primary care.
• Broad competence within the municipal primary care field.
• Strong analytical ability and experience with documentation and result follow-up.
• Digital competence and familiarity with systematic quality work.
We are seeking someone who is structured, collaborative, and solution-focused. You have good communication skills, are pedagogical in change work, and have genuine commitment to inspiring others in development processes.
B driver's license required.
