We are seeking a Development Leader who wants to help strengthen Edukatus Alliance's work with systematic quality management, student health, and regulatory compliance.
About the Role
As a Development Leader, you will be part of the principal's quality organization and be responsible for both strategic and operational processes related to student health, teaching quality, and regulatory compliance.
You will:
- Implement, develop, and ensure effective process and documentation support that generates high quality, clarity, and security, based on the principal's guidelines
- Lead strategic educational and development processes in collaboration with various department functions to strengthen quality, equivalence, learning, and improvement capacity
- Support schools in their local systematic quality work through quality dialogues, guidance, and competence development in collaboration with operational managers and principals
- Quality assure, assess, and ensure regulatory compliance within student health work processes and documentation
- Compile, analyze, and present data and statistics to support the principal's systematic quality work
We Are Seeking Candidates Who Have:
- Special education degree, preferably also principal program degree
- Broad experience in operational and strategic quality and student health work across different school forms and levels
- Experience with supervisory processes and good knowledge of school law regulations
- Strong ability and experience in planning and implementing process-oriented training and development initiatives in both physical and digital formats
- High analytical and administrative skills, systemic holistic perspective, and experience working systematically and independently
- Ability to create good collaborations, lead qualified conversations, and communicate clearly both verbally and in writing

Location and Scope
The position is office-based in Malmö.
You are expected to work from the office approximately one to two days per week, with the remaining time able to be performed remotely.
The work involves regular travel within the country, both with and without overnight stays.
Driving license (B) is required.
