The Office and Analysis Support Unit is part of the Governance and Management Department. We work with statistics, analysis, environmental analysis, administrative law, committee work, political assignments, as well as registration and archives. Together with the Independent Operations and Supervision Units and Placement, we create conditions for a sustainable and efficient operation.
As a Development Leader, you will be a key person in the work of developing and quality-assuring our committee process and case management. You will help create an efficient, legally secure, and transparent process that provides the best possible support to both elected officials and civil servants.
In this role, you will, among other things:
• Lead the committee process and ensure that the work runs smoothly from start to finish.
• Be the system administrator for Ciceron and develop its use within the organization.
• Be responsible for initiating and implementing development efforts for the administration's case management.
• Provide support to the administration on matters related to case management and contribute your expertise.
• Assist as a committee secretary for presidium and committee meetings.
We work in pleasant premises at Gamlestads torg 5 with an activity-based working method and good communication opportunities. Some possibility for remote work is available.
Qualifications
We are looking for someone with a university degree equivalent to at least 180 credits in a relevant field such as public administration, political science, or law. You are accustomed to providing support, coordinating, and maintaining continuous dialogue with colleagues and managers in the area. Since the work involves documenting meetings, reporting in writing, and preparing decision-making materials, we want you to have experience, interest, and a very good ability to produce text in Swedish. You also have experience working as a committee secretary. It is an advantage if you have worked with our case management system Ciceron.
Personal Competencies
We are looking for someone who is structured, analytical, and enjoys a role where you can combine development work with practical support in daily operations. You have a good understanding of case management in public administration and want to contribute to improving the quality and efficiency of our processes.
You are curious, encourage dialogue, and have the ability to see more than one possible solution. The work requires you to be skilled at collaborating and understanding the common mission, acting accordingly, and contributing to the whole. You work both independently and together with colleagues. You are development-oriented and want to help improve and develop our working methods.
In your professional role, you are also meticulous and have the ability to make qualified analyses and reasonable assessments, as well as enjoy working with quality assurance. You take personal responsibility for your assignments and feel confident in independently performing your tasks and driving your processes forward within your area of responsibility.
