**Description**
We are now expanding with an additional position for an Environmental Development Leader.
You will belong to the Finance Department, where we have a strong focus on environmental issues. The department includes the unit for Procurement & Purchasing, Property, Environment & Mobility, as well as Finance.
**Responsibilities**
As an Environmental Development Leader at the Administration for Functional Support, you will be a central part of the administration's environmental work. You will be responsible for coordinating and driving environmental issues within the administration and, in broad collaboration across the city, contribute to the ambitious goals related to the environment and climate. You will work closely with the existing Environmental Development Leader, the Property Development Leader, and other central support functions within the administration, such as Mobility and Procurement.
Tasks included in the position:
- Monitoring and implementing new and amended environmental laws and regulations.
- Organizing the administration's work on chemical issues and conducting risk assessments and substitutions.
- Collaborating with the Property Development Leader to drive the administration's processes related to waste management.
- Participating in a working group for the administration's mobility assignment together with the Property Development Leader.
- Driving and coordinating the administration's efforts to reduce single-use items.
- In collaboration with the existing Environmental Development Leader, driving the administration's strategic environmental work, participating in audits, and conducting training sessions.
You will belong to the unit for Property, Mobility & Environment. The unit also includes Development Leaders for new housing with special services, office premises, property and environment, as well as an operations controller. They work with planning, changing space needs, and collaboration with both internal and external actors, such as property and construction companies. You will be one of ten employees within the unit and will collaborate closely with colleagues, the administration, and your immediate supervisor.

**Qualifications**
We are looking for someone with a university degree in environmental science, chemistry, or another education that the employer deems equivalent.
You have a strong ability to express yourself verbally and in writing, both in Swedish and English.
It is an advantage if you have good knowledge of Swedish environmental and chemical legislation. We prefer that you have at least three years of experience in a similar role, with a focus on environmental work. It is beneficial if you have worked with auditing, risk assessment, and substitution of chemicals.
You plan, organize, and prioritize your work effectively. You are responsible, analytical, and structured. You work well with others by listening, showing interest, and respect. You understand the common mission and work to make it as successful as possible. You have the courage and ability to make your own decisions within the framework of your assignment without relying on others.
