The Role of Development Leader with Us
As a Development Leader, you play a crucial role in coordinating and developing work with goal management and quality within the Care & Nursing Administration.
You contribute specialized knowledge and support managers, leadership, and the board. You will have close collaboration with business developers, controllers, and other support functions. Your work tasks may change over time.
Example tasks:
- Coordinate, establish, and quality assure documents.
- Provide support and guidance within the area.
- Analyze results, identify improvement areas, and drive development.
- Plan and hold presentations.
- Participate in and lead various projects and assignments.
Your Profile
You are a communicative and attentive person with a friendly approach to others. You easily create new contacts and build long-term relationships in your work. You are flexible and adaptable, which allows you to handle changes and new situations confidently.
You work systematically and independently, take initiative, and are happy to suggest new ideas and solutions. Collaboration is important to you, and you actively contribute to the team's collective goals. You have good technical understanding and are proficient with digital tools. You express yourself well in Swedish, both verbally and in writing, as required in daily work.
We are looking for someone who:
- Has relevant work experience or education that the employer deems suitable, such as in social sciences
- Has relevant experience in leading through others
It is meritorious if you have:
- Experience from the public sector
- Work experience in quality work, such as business management and/or goal follow-up
- Knowledge or experience in developing, documenting, and improving work processes
- Knowledge or experience with quality tools and/or methods
