**Our Operations**
As of January 1, 2026, the Social and Care Office will be formed, merging the Care and Support Office with the Office for Individual and Family Care.
We are embarking on an exciting journey of change. The goal is to create a stable and efficient organization in line with the new Social Services Act, where employees thrive, and the exercise of authority maintains high quality and legal security. We are now seeking a Development Leader for the office's Assistance and Quality Unit. The unit consists of development leaders, investigators, a medically responsible nurse, a medically responsible rehabilitation officer, a business specialist, and an administrator, all led by a unit manager, and works across the office.

The unit is responsible for, among other things, monitoring service providers, driving the office's political assignments, preparing cases for the board, procurement, and providing support and guidance regarding patient safety and local coordination within the office. Our area of responsibility includes the exercise of authority, preventive activities, and service provision both in-house and through private providers.
**Your Mission**
As a Development Leader, you will contribute to advancing the office's quality and development work in line with established goals. A significant part of the role involves close collaboration and contact with various stakeholders, both internally and externally, with a focus on ensuring good quality for users. The work must be carried out in a structured, legally secure, and methodical manner.
Your main tasks will include:
- Developing politically guiding documents
- Investigating according to Lex Sarah
- Monitoring systematic quality work
- Following up on activities within the board's areas
- Coordinating political assignments and service documents for the board
- Developing and ensuring the quality of services within social services, healthcare, and care
- Participating in and driving procurement issues
**Your Experience**
We are looking for someone with:
A university degree in social work, political science, law, or another qualification deemed equivalent by the employer.
It is advantageous if you also have experience in:
- Working within social services/healthcare and care
- Developing management systems
- Process mapping
- Project management
- Experience in contract monitoring
- Experience in procurement and contract issues
