We continue to grow! Are you an experienced and development-oriented case officer who wants to help develop our organization? We can offer an exciting position at the Public Transition Organization.
Our department's mission is to contribute to more people finding work and gaining relevant skills by offering basic transition and skills support. Our mandate also includes registering transition organizations and paying compensation to employers who finance registered transition organizations.
The organization started in 2022 and is located in the Swedish National Legal, Financial and Administrative Management's (Kammarkollegiet) new activity-based premises in Karolinen in Karlstad.
Job Description
As a development case officer, you will work on developing our operations related to case management. For example, you may be involved in developing our processes and working methods, preparing legal issues, designing and implementing training for colleagues, and developing our digital solutions. In the coming year, we will both implement a new case management system and further develop an existing one.
You will handle cases related to compensation for employers. You may also work with processing and developing basic transition and skills support. These cases vary in difficulty, ranging from routine to qualified.
Since the organization is in a development phase, your tasks will involve breadth, depth, and varying complexity. In your role, you will have the opportunity to influence the department's development. Your responsibilities include managing collaboration with external actors and answering questions about our mandate from applicants.
