Welcome to the Executive Office. Here you will work together with colleagues from departments of communication, HR, IT, finance, procurement, and property, as well as departments for quality and planning, sustainability, safety, security and preparedness, and administration. The Executive Office is the link between the decisions of elected officials and all municipal activities. You will be part of a cheerful agile team working with robotization and AI to free up time and resources for the municipality's core activities. You will work across the entire development chain, from needs identification to production. We work closely with operational units to achieve the best results. Does this sound interesting? Then read on and apply for the job today! The IT department has overall responsibility for the municipality's entire IT environment and we work strategically, directionally, and supportively. Within the systems development unit, we build and deliver software applications as a service to various municipal operations. This can include external services for residents and businesses, as well as internal support applications and process automations. We are responsible for systems development methodology, development quality assurance processes, and tools. Together, we contribute to meeting the municipality's digitalization ambitions and make a difference for those we serve! Job Responsibilities You will be part of a development team working closely with system specialists and operational specialists to free up time and resources for the municipality's core activities. Tasks include: • Developing, testing, and deploying RPA solutions • Monitoring and maintaining RPA solutions • Creating technical specifications • Troubleshooting and correcting discovered bugs • Working with UiPath Studio and UiPath Orchestrator tools • Applying source code and version management. Qualifications We are seeking candidates with a college degree in IT (bachelor's) or equivalent knowledge/education as assessed by the employer. To succeed in the developer role, you need at least a few years of RPA experience. The work requires good Swedish language skills in both spoken and written communication. We prefer candidates with experience in UiPath development, .NET/C#, and agile working methods. Experience with Azure DevOps and source code version control is advantageous. Experience in systems development, automation, and requirements management is also considered meritorious. As a person, you are self-driven and take responsibility for your tasks, structuring your own approach. You have specialized knowledge and serve as a knowledge resource for others. Furthermore, you have strong analytical skills and are good at seeing contexts and solving complex issues and problems.
